Our brand is rapidly growing and it’s time to add to our production Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager who fits with our company culture and is excited to help us find and generate new client relationships

ARDEM Data Services, part of a US-based global professional services company, is experiencing rapid growth and working for many notable large companies. We provide specialized “boutique” outsourcing and business automation solutions in the US and abroad. Our clients include fashion moguls, pop culture clients, and other household name brands! Companies come to us when they are looking for a true partner to help them grow for long-term capacity. With every person we add to our production team- we are looking for them to help us provide our clients with the white-glove service they desire.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized target sales strategies.
  • Building business relationship with potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions
  • Collaborating with sales team and bringing in new business.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in selling outsourcing and automation solutions
  • excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • high emotional intelligence
  • ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-level
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • ability to work both independently and as an active member of a team

  • Graduates: B.Tech/MBA-Logistics or Finance stream
  • Communication: Excellent English Skills

  • Experience: only experienced candidates with at least 3 years of sales handling experience can apply.
