Our brand is rapidly growing and it’s time to add to our production Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Freight Process Outsourcing sales Manager who fits with our company culture and is excited to help us find and generate new client relationships

ARDEM Data Services, part of a US-based global professional services company, is experiencing rapid growth and working for many notable large companies. We provide specialized “boutique” outsourcing and business automation solutions in the US and abroad. Our clients include fashion moguls, pop culture clients, and other household name brands! Companies come to us when they are looking for a true partner to help them grow for long-term capacity. With every person we add to our production team- we are looking for them to help us provide our clients with the white-glove service they desire.

Role & Responsibility:

• New business development
• Established shipping company network (close contacts to carriers) Superior economic geographical skills in US
• Communicating with clients as required developing a good working relationship that maximizes the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship.
• Knowledge of operational processes
• Understanding their requirements regarding export, import and if any operational issues related with data’s.
• Possessed the ability to work in self-managed or team environments.
• Dedicated, self-motivated achiever who is committed to success.
• Closing the deal through negotiation.
• Analyzing pricing position.
• Supporting the sales manager in developing long-term sales plans.
• Control costs in line with growth prospects
• Previous experience of handling US clients extensively is a mandatory
• what we expect?
– Local as well as Global Air forwarding partners data base or leads in own pipe lines
– Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Plans and Pipeline Reports
– Daily Sales Call Report
– Targeting Client Names
• Qualifications – Any PG OR UG degree
• Experience must have 5-7 years outsourcing experience
