Your role in our family:

The Market Research Analyst is responsible for helping to define who we should be selling our solutions to. This will include defining specific companies within a given sector as well as defining who is the decision maker within the company we should be marketing directly to. You will be working very closely with our marketing and sales teams.

You will be working very closely with our marketing and sales teams.

This role includes:

  • Hunt for new companies within a specific industry that have similar challenges that our current customer face.
  • Develop a lead generation strategy for several different verticals
  • Mine for contacts within a given company using different tools including- dun and bradstreet, hunter.io, zoominfo, etc.
  • Working with our Marketing and Sales team to define and market to new prospects
  • Creative thinking about how we can improve our marketing and sales processes
  • Daily interaction with other members of the SDR and Marketing teams

The skills you need to bring to the table:

  • Experience and understanding of outsourcing & business services.
  • Extremely proficient in written and spoken English
  • Detail oriented and a self-starter. This role is results based.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail
  • Works well in a group and is self-motivated to meet daily/weekly targets
  • Leadership qualities and take on additional responsibilities within our marketing department.

  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Excellent Communication- high Emotional EQ
  • Strong leadership- Room for growth- Looking for long term opportunities
  • Proficient at working with others – exude leadership qualities
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Worked as a PM or transition manager in BPO type environment
