RPA Developer

ARDEM Data Services is part of a US-based global professional services company providing Business Process Automation Services and Business Process Outsourcing Services. We have current job openings for RPA Developer for our data processing center in Lucknow.

We’re in search of RPA developer that is ready to innovate and explore what’s possible in the world or robotics. In this role, you’ll work cross functionally with business operation to create and optimize workflow processes. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects testing, fixing bugs, and creating a new bot using programming languages. To be successful, you’ll need experience in technologies including UI path and automation which is related with BPO industries.

RPA developer Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge in building a bot using programming languages and should have coding knowledge also.
• Provide guidance with process design
• Create process and end user documentation
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
• Support Deployments or troubleshoot production issue
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business process

RPA developer Requirements:

• Hand on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, automation etc. UI path experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in any of the programming language like C/C++ , python ,VB script, Ruby, .NET(background python coder , developer or .NET core developer is highly appreciable )
• Able to write coding or scripting to build a bot & programming language to create it.
• Experience developing and consuming data processing, other business processing task.
• UI path certification preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Able to work in EST time – US shift.
