Job description

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base. 

Objectives 

  • Promote ARDEM’s accounts payable outsourcing services to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services. 
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals, contributing to the company’s overall growth. 
  • Utilize strong product knowledge and understanding of the accounting outsourcing industry to effectively present our services. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into clients. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing our offerings and their benefits. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services to handle objections and conduct demos as needed. 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed company sales targets. 
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports detailing sales activities and revenue projections.

Qualifications 

  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in the accounts payable outsourcing industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to and closing deals with Fortune 500 companies 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools. 
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, embodying our company values during client interactions.
