Keep your systems part of the solution.
Your ERP, operational applications and source records remain part of the workflow. During design, we establish how information is received, validated, used and returned, and which system remains responsible for each record or decision.
Connections may use available APIs, secure files or approved application workflows. During design, we agree which systems connect, how information is validated and how frequently each output or status is updated.
How automation and engineering support the workflow
For a data operation, agree what confirms successful delivery, who investigates a rejected or uncertain response, and how changes to fields or reference data are tested. Where the receiving system does not expose acceptance, define the available evidence and keep that limitation visible.
Use the data-workflow evaluation guide to prepare the technical discussion, or review transition readiness. To discuss the actual requirement, share your sources, systems and desired outcome.
Make responsibilities clear, not just the status visible.
ARDEM manages the platform components and operating work included in the engagement. That responsibility is coordinated with processing, quality review, exceptions and reporting rather than left as a separate technical project.
Your business retains the agreed policies, approvals and decision rights. Access, permitted actions, data retention, output requirements and support responsibilities are established for the relevant deployment. A platform’s ability to track payment status does not itself authorize payment release.
During solution design, we review the proposed environment, data access, retention and relevant security documentation with your team. These requirements are defined for the service and deployment you are evaluating.
