AI/ML Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently in this role and become an SME.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Develop applications and systems utilizing AI tools and Cloud AI services.
• Create a proper cloud application pipeline with production-ready quality.
• Be able to apply Gen-AI models as part of the solution.
• Be able to utilize deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Be able to implement chatbots and image processing algorithms.
• Implement and optimize solutions using AWS and open-source LLM models to extract data from utility and account payable invoices.
• Utilize OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) technologies to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required Skills: Computer Vision, NLP.
• Will prefer candidates who also have AWS skills.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an ML Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Should be proficient in Computer Vision.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Open Source will be preferred.
  • Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, forecasting, and clustering algorithms.
• Excellent knowledge of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Demonstrable experience working with Machine Learning, LLM technologies, and AWS services.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of OCR and ICR techniques for data extraction.
• Experience with open-source LLM models and their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent conversational and written English communication skills.
