Application Developer

ARDEM Data Services is part of a US-based global professional services company providing Business Process Automation Services and Business Process Outsourcing Services. We have urgent job openings for Application Developers and looking for immediate joiners to perform application development responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Tech).
• 3 years of experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in developing .NET-based applications.
• Expertise in languages: C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, OOPs, TypeScript, .NET Core, Web API, MVC, and .NET Framework.
• A solid grounding in relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Object/Relational mapping with Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective resolutions.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET-based applications.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Design and implement relational database structures, and use Object/Relational mapping techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Optional Skills:

• Version control with Git.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Unit Testing and Automation.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development practices.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with MongoDB.

• AWS Lambda, AWS IAM, Active Directory, ADFS, Windows Server/Linux, RDS.
• Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, and Cloud Cost Management.
• Database Management skills in SQL and NoSQL.
• Containerization with Docker.
• Multi-Region Deployment strategies.
• Authentication protocols: SAML/Open-ID/OAuth2.0/Auth0/JWT/WS Security.
• Machine Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch; Natural Language Processing with ChatGPT.
• DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD.
• Web servers: IIS, Nginx, Kestral.
• LINQ for data querying.
• Single Sign-On (SSO).
• SSL/TLS for secure communication.
• Automation of tasks and processes.
• Monitoring and Logging practices.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Disaster Recovery Strategies.
• Caching Patterns for Performance Optimization.
• Reverse Proxy configurations.
• API Development and Management.
• Leadership and Mentoring skills.
