Role Overview

Become an integral part of ARDEM Incorporated, a dynamic force in the world of business process outsourcing and automation services. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a vibrant team of sales representatives, targeting clients in the US market, aiming to foster trust, growth, generate leads, and close significant deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve their quotas and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Work in tandem with other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee sales activities across both local and international markets.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with finesse.
  • Embody the organization’s values, serving as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize performance and resources.
  • Identify potential markets for expansion and new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • 12-15 years of robust sales experience within the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and quota achievement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in selling to the US market.
  • Background in BPO service sales related to multiple industries including Data Entry, Finance, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English
