This is a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility projects for major US brands while working night shifts in IST. We’re looking for serious, hardworking professionals with experience in solution-based marketing and leveraging AI technologies like ChatGPT to enhance design workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Impactful Visuals: Design high-quality graphics for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing assets using Canva, adhering to US market standards.
• Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams to understand client needs and visually represent our solutions for targeted industries.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content including videos for ARDEM’s social media channels to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Market Solutions: Craft visuals that effectively communicate our industry-specific solutions and connect with targeted audiences.
• Utilize AI Tools: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline content creation, generate design ideas, and deliver innovative marketing assets.
• Support Marketing Systems: Assist with email marketing campaigns and maintain graphic content on platforms like WordPress.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and solution-based marketing for major US brands.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with WordPress, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) is a plus.
• Reliability & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality results during night shifts.
• Creative & Analytical: Ability to combine design creativity with strategic thinking to produce impactful visuals that resonate with target audiences.
• Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs and create visuals that effectively convey our solutions.
