Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to ensure smooth IT operations by maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting network and desktop systems. The ideal candidate will support users remotely, resolve IT issues, and ensure system reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment & Windows-based systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
• Support and monitor AWS Cloud services related to desktop support.
• Assist in disaster recovery, security improvements, and system upgrades.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• B.Tech (IT) preferred – Only science graduates can apply.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop/network support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Cisco switches/routers.
• Certifications like AWS, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
