We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and manage our team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of various digital marketing disciplines and a proven track record of successfully working with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across content, SEO, social media, email, and Google advertising.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development & Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, with a specific focus on the US market.
    • Manage and optimize social media presence across relevant platforms.
  2. Content Creation & Management
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels. This may involve personally contributing to content creation as needed.
  3. Email Marketing
    • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance analysis.
  4. Social Media Marketing
    • Define and implement social media strategies across relevant platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, with a keen understanding of US social media trends.
  5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Drive organic traffic growth through on-page and off-page optimization strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and performance monitoring.
  6. Google Paid Advertising
    • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and potentially video advertising, to achieve defined ROI targets within the US market.
  7. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This includes setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  8. US Client Engagement:
    • Understand US market trends and tailor strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  10. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the US market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion focused on the US market.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.
  • Hands-on expertise in content creation, email marketing platforms, social media management, SEO tools and techniques, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with specific marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or other relevant digital marketing areas.

  • Internet Speed: 100 Mbps or higher
