Key Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Visual Content: Design visually compelling graphics, videos, and marketing assets for blogs, websites, and social media platforms using Canva, ensuring alignment with U.S. market standards.
• Manage Social Media Presence: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (graphics, videos, and animations) to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Support Marketing Systems: Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, maintaining visual content on platforms like WordPress, and optimizing CRM tools for impactful communication.
• Develop Targeted Marketing Content: Craft solution-focused visuals that resonate with industry-specific audiences and communicate ARDEM’s value proposition effectively.
• Leverage AI Tools: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, image generation software, and voice synthesis platforms to streamline workflows, generate ideas, and enhance content quality.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with global account management and operations teams to understand client needs and translate them into impactful designs and content.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio highlighting solution-focused or B2B marketing work for U.S. brands.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Canva. Familiarity with WordPress, CRM tools (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot), and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• AI Savvy: Experience using AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, image generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E), and voice synthesis platforms to enhance creative outputs.
• Creative and Strategic: A unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to design campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.
• Reliable and Committed: Self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated to producing high-quality work during night shifts (IST).
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence to understand and deliver on client needs.
