HR Intern

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Qualification: MBA (HR) or BTech (Computer Science) candidates with a strong interest in HR functions and technical HR support.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist in training and development initiatives
• Provide operational and administrative support to HR processes
• Collaborate with the HR team on HR systems, reports, and process improvements
• Gain exposure through structured rotation across Recruitment, Training & Development, and other HR areas

Technical Requirements

• Personal laptop/desktop with required specifications
• Reliable internet connectivity to support remote work
