We are seeking an IT Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud administration, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting desktop, software, hardware, and network issues, along with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Strong skills in managing on-premises servers, backups, disaster recovery, and security measures are essential. Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), CCNA, or ITIL are preferred. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Remotely troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly.
  2. Manage and maintain user identities using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  3. Configure, monitor, and support AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, WorkSpaces) for remote desktop and infrastructure operations.
  4. Maintain and monitor on-premises server infrastructure, including hosting applications, email servers, and internal IT services.
  5. Run backups, disaster recovery, and security measures following established company policies.
  6. Create clear technical documentation and maintain a knowledge base for issue resolution.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal teams and assist with system upgrades, IT infrastructure improvements, and projects.

Requirements:

  1. B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) preferred; relevant Science graduates considered.
  2. 4-6 years of professional experience in desktop support, cloud administration, or IT infrastructure management.
  3. Proven hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration.
  4. Familiarity with Cisco networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls).
  5. Certifications preferred (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900, CCNA, ITIL).
  6. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

  • Laptop or Desktop: Windows (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)
  • Screen: 14 inches, Full HD (1920×1080)
  • Internet Speed: 100 Mbps or higher
