ARDEM is seeking a Sales Account Manager who excels at building new business in the utilities sector and managing relationships for long-term growth. If you thrive on closing big deals and managing client success in energy management, demand response, or energy efficiency solutions, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and Engage: Identify and target new business opportunities within the utilities and energy management sector. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of new clients.
  • Build Long-Term Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with the clients you bring in by understanding their unique energy management and utility needs, and providing customized outsourcing solutions.
  • Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating contracts, securing long-term partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction within the utilities and energy management space.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your utility and energy management clients.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: You have 7+ years of proven success in selling service-related solutions in the utilities, energy management, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Passion for Sales: You’re passionate about closing deals, thriving under pressure, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Communication Skills: You’re a confident communicator who can engage utility and energy management clients, lead discovery calls, and deliver presentations to C-level executives.
  • Track Record: You have experience managing full sales cycles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Specific experience in Utilities and Energy Management Solutions is required.
