What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in Sales Development or a related role, ideally within the accounts payable and outsourcing industry.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to clients in the US market is essential.
- BPO Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, services, and solutions, particularly in the context of Account Payable Analyst services.
- Proven Track Record: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the BPO industry, with a strong network of contacts in the US market.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective client engagement and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Sales Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to potential clients.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Proven experience with US clients and working night shift IST.
- Proven experience working in CRM tool, bonus points: Pipedrive.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A reliable home computer and a high-speed internet connection (100MBPS).
- Confidence and professionalism in video calls, as you’ll be liaising directly with our US clients.
- Desired Education: MBA-Finance
