Talent Acquisition Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a global automation company delivering Business Process Automation (BPA) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to enterprise clients worldwide. We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Lead to architect and anchor our India talent engine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end recruitment across Tech, Finance, and Operations
• Strategic sourcing and talent pipeline development
• Stakeholder management and hiring advisory
• Campus hiring and early talent programs
• Recruitment metrics tracking and reporting

PERFORMANCE KPIS

• Time-to-Fill: Tech/Finance – within 20 days
• Time-to-Fill: Operations – within 7 days
• Offer Acceptance Rate: 85%+
• Submittal-to-Interview Ratio: 3:1
• Weekly Offer Closures: 2–3 hires

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-Have Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution (Mandatory).
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in an MNC or reputed organisation (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience hiring for BPO, BPA, or automation-led environments.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume and niche/specialised roles simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to self-track metrics (TTF, OAR, pipeline velocity) without prompting.
• Experience with HR analytics tools and recruitment dashboards is an advantage.
