UX Analyst

Overview

We are hiring UX Analysts to assess and enhance a cutting-edge event ticketing platform featuring interactive mapping, 3D seat visualization, and immersive venue experiences. This platform is designed for seamless browsing, seat selection, and ticket purchasing across a variety of devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with interactive maps, 3D visualization technologies, and cross-platform testing to ensure a premium user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Device & Browser Testing: Validate compatibility on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
• Interactive Features Testing: Evaluate usability, accuracy, and responsiveness of interactive maps, including zoom, pan, seat selection, and 3D seat viewer performance.
• Core Functionality Testing: Ensure flawless event search, ticket booking, payment systems, and third-party integrations.
• Usability Testing: Analyze workflows for intuitiveness and accessibility, documenting improvement areas.
• Performance Testing: Assess loading times, network responsiveness, and stability under stress.
• Bug Reporting & Collaboration: Identify and report bugs with detailed documentation and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Interactive Map Testing: Proven experience testing or working with applications involving interactive maps or geospatial data.
• 3D Viewer Expertise: Hands-on experience with 3D rendering or visualization technologies (e.g., WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js).
• Cross-Platform Testing: Knowledge of testing applications across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers.
• Usability Testing: Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve user experience.
• Bug Reporting: Proficiency in documenting and communicating bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Performance Testing: Familiarity with tools and techniques for measuring application performance.
• Written Communication: Excellent ability to articulate findings and recommendations in clear, concise reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ticketing platforms or e-commerce applications.
• Experience with 360-degree or panoramic view technologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for interactive applications.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
