The requirement is to capture all the data from the invoice- Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Vendor Name, Description of Item, Unit Price, Total Price, Payment Terms etc.- we capture all the data with close to 100% accuracy and deliver the data file in excel ofr other file formats.

For Utility Bill Processing, utility bills are received either in paper or electronic format. Our Document Processing services start with scanning the bills. We key utility energy management data and vendor data from the invoices. We index the bills and make the scanned images and data available to client on our web server.

For Rebate Processing, Rebate forms and coupons are received in the mail at ARDEM. We scan the Rebate forms upon receipt to assure complete audit trail is maintained. Rebate requirements are validated. Rebate Data Entry is completed. Rebate form data validation is performed.

The Document Processing of Test Requisition Forms which accompany medical samples, or environmental test samples includes the processing of all paperwork which accompanies the test samples. We scan the paperwork, key data from the forms, index or rename the records and deliver the output data.

Workflow for the outsourced solution is defined with audit-able quality checks inserted at critical steps of the Document Processing  cycle.
