We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fluent French Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our French-speaking customers through both email and phone communication channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a remote position with a night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST) from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via email and phone, using your fluent French language skills.
  • Address customer concerns and questions regarding products, services, orders, and account information.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their inquiries.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by collaborating with internal teams and resources.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow established procedures for handling different types of customer interactions, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services where applicable, aiming to enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential.
  • Proven customer service experience with a background in resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work the specified night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Remote (Applicants must have a suitable remote working environment.)
  • Resources: Candidate Must have a personal Laptop, Broadband connection, and Headset.
  • Shift: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Notice Period: Immediate availability preferred.
  • This position may involve occasional weekend or holiday shifts, as required.
