Job Summary

ARDEM Data Services is part of a US-based global professional services company providing Business Process Automation Services and Business Process Outsourcing Services.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Experienced in functional areas to insure that our services meet and exceed customer requirements
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and develop  processes and controls to deliver as per specifications
  • Oversee internal processes in all functional areas, identify deviations, and, take corrective action (Quality Manager).
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and provide leadership to bring  continuous improvement in the organization (Quality Manager).
  • Should show strong attention to detail and should be driven by results
  • Should be able to formulate and document procedures for all internal processes.
  • Should have good English comprehension, as well as fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to  work independently and complete assignments per schedule
  • Good math skills for data analysis
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO27001, Six Sigma will be a plus (Quality Manager).
  • MS Office, Data Analysis, Six Sigma
  • Eligibility:  B. Tech (CS/IT/EC/EE) or B. Sc/BCA
  • Experience 2-5 years
