Job Summary

ARDEM Data Services is part of a US-based global professional services company providing Business Process Automation Services and Business Process Outsourcing Services. We have current job openings for Process Engineers Engineer at our data processing center in Lucknow to perform process and project engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Should be able to analyze existing data center production processes and identify improvements
  • Should be able to develop workflow processes for client assignments related to data processing
  • Should be able to take ownership of client assignment and design production processes to meet customer delivery and quality requirements
  • Should be able to develop work instructions for the workflow and train process associates assigned to the project.
  • Should be able to communicate with the client in English and understand the scope of the assignment thoroughly.
  • Should be able to work in any of our daily three-shift operations.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action
  • Education: B.Tech, MTech. MCA, BCA
  • Skills: Programming, Data Sciences, Math, Python, SQL, Statistics, Visual Studio
  • Need Excellent English. Comprehension, as well as fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Functional Area: Process Engineering, Project Management, Software Development, Data Scientist.
