Sales Development Rep

Our brand is rapidly growing and we are looking to add enthusiastic and motivated new members to our team. ARDEM Incorporated is a Business Process Outsourcing company that provides specialized “boutique” services for many notable large companies such as  fashion moguls like H&M, TED Baker, SSENSE. Pop culture clients like Billboard & AMC. Household names like the Boy Scouts of America and HubSpot! This job position is full-time, 100% remote-work from home requirement.

Job Summary:

Your goal:  Identify, qualify, set appointments with the sales team and prospective client

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Make the first contact with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through emails and cold calls
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
