Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Our brand is rapidly growing and it’s time to add to our Talent Acquisition team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition who fits our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting and responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for positions related to US logistics processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative and effective sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct bulk hiring activities when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on US logistics process hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for logistics roles.
• Experience in bulk hiring for logistics positions is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
