What is ARDEM’s quality-control process?

Quality control is designed for the source documents, business rules and accepted outputs in your workflow. ARDEM uses appropriate validation, trained review and exception handling rather than applying the same check to every record type.

The plan identifies what will be checked, who reviews failed checks, how errors are corrected and how quality is measured. Selected work may use double-key entry or additional verification. Recurring errors are investigated so the process, training or validation can be improved.

For the measurement details, see quality and acceptance requirements. ARDEM can discuss the proposed controls during solution design.
