PII

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) refers to unique data that can be used to identify a person or an individual. The spectrum of this data is broad, basically, it refers to information that can be used to identify, contact or locate an individual.

At ARDEM, we take special care to secure patient data including PII while processing medical records, insurance applications, medical claims, and even test requisition forms as part of our healthcare services. We are already HIPAA compliant and have our Business Associate Agreements in place. We further employ a series of encryption protocols and security measures to protect this sensitive data.
